- A second email/text will be sent on the day of collection to confirm your order is ready.
- This email may be sent earlier than the collection time you selected.

CARE FOR YOUR BALLOONS
Please treat balloons with care and keep away from heat sources such as radiators, fires, sunlight etc.
Store your balloons at room temperature.
Balloonsforyou cannot be held responsible for damaged or popped balloons once collected.
Balloons are pre-inflated 24hours prior to collection to allow us to rectify any faults prior to collection.
If any faults do occur within 12 hours of collection, we will ask for the balloon/s to be returned to us to help us identify the issue.
