• The venue (the distance from us may alter the price, and if we're familiar with the venue, this also helps us gauge the access time available for set-up and any other factors that we may need to take into consideration)
• Budget / price range (to help us gauge suitable products)
• Any relevant details and requirements (i.e. hoop, shimmer wall, balloon arch / chair covers / number of table balloons / colour scheme / theme etc.)
