CARE FOR YOUR BALLOONS
Please treat balloons with care. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. In cold air, the balloon will deflate slightly, at room temperature it will restore inflation. Keep away from heat sources such as radiators, fires, sunlight etc. as heat may cause your balloon to burst.
SAFETY & DISPOSAL
When helium filled, this balloon may conduct electricity. Do not release outdoors. Do not release near overhead power lines. Misuse may cause personal injury. Use with counterweights.
Please dispose of your balloons responsibly.
FAULTS & REFUNDS
Balloonsforyou cannot be held responsible for damaged or popped balloons once collected.
Balloons are pre-inflated 24hours prior to collection to allow us to rectify any faults prior to collection.
If any faults do occur within 12 hours of collection, we will ask for the balloon/s to be returned to us to help us identify the issue before a refund will be considered.
