Before placing your order, contact us with:

1. The date of the party
2. The name and postcode of the venue
3. The time your party starts
4. And an idea of your colour scheme

Once we have confirmed availability, discussed your personal requirements, and any additional delivery & set-up fees, you can either select a package deal or create your own bespoke party package. 
We're here to help every step of the way!

A non-refundable, 25% part payment is required as an initial deposit. This will secure your booking in our diary and reserve all the items for your celebrations.
*Please note, dates are ONLY SECURED when the deposit, or payment in full has been received. We will hold availability of your date for 48 hours from initial enquiry. If 48 hours pass before you complete your order, please begin the process and check your desired date is still available before making any payment.

The full balance is due ten days before your event. This will confirm your order and any changes you require must be made prior to this date (subject to availability).
